CTA now requires all their operators to watch this video twice a year. Awwww, that's just mean, CTA!!

But, seriously, there is some interesting stuff in this. The fact that half of it targets bus operators, and half of it targets cyclists actually works in its favor - you get to see the other user's point of view.

I found the poorly-acted interaction between the disembarking cyclist and the driver at 11:25 to be the lowlight. Time is money, dudes! Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but if I'm getting out at the back door, I bellow with eyebrow-raising loudness "I'M GETTING MY BICYCLE". If reasonable, I try for the front door, so the bellowing can be kept holstered.
