Southeastern Greyhound in Western Kentucky operated service between Evansville and Nashville, Paducah to Memphis, Evansville to Paducah.  These routes were complemented by Trailways, Brooks Bus Lines at Paducah, Tennessee Trailblazers at Owensboro, Audubon Trails provided bus service from Owensboro to Indianapolis, and the Evansville and Owensboro provided service on the Indiana Side of the river between those cities. Hopkinsville was served by Greyhound Lines, Brooks Bus Lines and Tennessee Trailblazers.  Gulf Transport Company provided service to extreme western Kentucky.

Greyhound - Evansville to Nashville served Henderson, Madisonville, Hopkinsville, Fort Campbell in Kentucky Clarksville and Nashville in Tennessee with four buses a day. In addition Greyhound Lines operated local service between Hopkinsville, Fort Campbell and Nashville.

Greyhounds route from Evansville to Paducah served Henderson, Corydon, Camp Breckenridge, Morganfield,Sturgis, Marion, Salem, Burma and Smithland.

Greyhounds Paducah to Memphis route operated to Mayfield , Fulton in Kentucky to Union City and Dyersburg in Tennessee.

Greyhound also operated service from Paducah to Chicago and Paducah to St Louis.

Brooks Bus Line operated bus service from Paducah to Clarksville, TN  with stops in Palma, Benton, Hardin, Mayfield, Farmington, Coldwater, Murray, Kentucky Lake state Park, Cadiz, Gracey, Hopkinsville, Fort Campbell and Clarksville, TN Brooks also operated a non stop Paducah to Michigan service.

Trailways operated service from Paducah to Willow Springs in Missouri stops in Kentucky included Future City , Kevil, La Center, Barlow, and Wickliffe.

Gulf Transport Company operated service between St Louis and Jackson Tennessee and served Kentucky at  Wickliffe, Windford, Bardwell, Burkley,Columbus, Cayce and Jordan in Kentucky

Tennessee Trailblazers offered service as follows Owensboro to Springfield Tennessee serving Utica, Livia, Nuckols,Livermore,Island, Central City, Drakesboro, Dunmar, Lewisburg, Russellville, Adairsville in Kentucky and Springfield in Tennessee, They also operated from Owensboro to Bowling Green with stops in Morgantown, Bever dam, Hartford and Bowling Green.

Additional Tennessee Trailblazers service operated between Bowling Green and Hopkinsville stopping at Auburn, Russellville, Elkton and Hopkinsville  while another route operated from Russellville to Clarksville, TN stopping's at Guthrie
